Girls 4 the Future

Girls 4 the Future is a community organization of the DFW area founded by a group of high school students in 2021. It is the ultimate goal of G4F to provide support and resources for young women as well as to connect them with opportunities to advocate for change and give back to the community. Girls are capable of anything, yet too often we feel as though we must repress femininity to come across as “strong” or to compete with men. This is a falsity that has been upheld by society for generations, impacting young women all over the world. We know that femininity is not a weakness, nor something that should hold us back from reaching our full potential. As a member of Girls for the Future, you are a part of the bigger mission. You are not only helping yourself, but helping every girl who falls victim to the pitfalls of a world originally built for men. Thus, it is the mission of Girls 4 the Future to instill confidence in young women and to educate and advocate for change and equality.

Within Girls 4 The Future, it is extremely important for us to create networks and connections across generations of successful women. We seek to promote an engaging and welcoming environment for girls to gain support and encouragement from others in the community around them. From forming new friendships and creating a community in your school to volunteering for the greater community, we strive to provide access to a wide range of information and opportunities for girls in the DFW area.
