Our Story

When the founders proposed this idea to a few friends, we realized we all shared a passion for promoting the success of young women in our community. Collaborating and brainstorming ideas quickly turned this small vision into something much bigger: an organization which would provide high school-aged girls with the tools and resources necessary to succeed now and in their later lives, whilst increasing their ability to be active in their community. After brainstorming ideas for what to call this organization, there was one word which truly caught our attention: future. As the new generation of adults, we represent the future, and the opportunity to spark change in this world will soon fall into our hands. Thus, with our mission in mind, we dedicated countless hours to the startup of Girls 4 The Future, and we hope our passion for this cause has been able to shine through.
